1- Availability

How to know if the products are available?

The majority of our products are in stock. After validation of your order by Packard Bell, it will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, some products may be still being manufactured or resupply. The Estimated time of arrival of the product is displayed next to "Availability" on the product page.

2- Your Order

Will my order be confirmed to me?

Once you’ve purchased on the store, Packard Bell sends you a confirmation e-mail to the address you gave during the order. This e-mail is a summary of your order, your shipping addresses and billing. It also gives you your ID and password, which enable you to access to the order follow-up and your invoice.

Is it possible to track my order?

You can follow the progress of your order from the button "Customer Account" by entering your ID (email address you entered during your order) and password (indicated in the order confirmation mail)

The different statutes of the order that you can find are:
  • Order cancelled: the ordering process was interrupted before the end, your order is not valid.
  • Payment confirmed: your order has been accepted and is being prepared and will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Payment pending confirmation: your order will not be shipped before the validation of your payment. You thus have to refer to payment instructions indicated in the mail.
  • Payment declined: Please check your method of payment, your order can not be taken into account. Contact our Customer service if needed.
  • A part of the order is sent by: a part of your order was delivered to the carrier.
  • Command sent by: your order was delivered to the carrier.
How much is the delivery?

Delivery is free on the Packard Bell Store, no matter the price of the product you order.

Where can my goods be delivered?

Everywhere in the United Kingdom excluding:

  • Student campuses where it is not always possible to deliver the package to the person.
  • Military Bases
  • PO boxes
  • Hotels

How can I track my order?

In "Customer Account" click on "Follow this order", you'll be automatically redirected to the site of the carrier. Your expedition number will be given to you there, keep it.

UPS : www.ups.com What happens if I am absent during delivery?

If you are absent during delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox.
You can call your UPS center to plan another convenient delivery time.

3- After-sales

Where can I find my invoice?

You invoice is available in the "Customer Account" section. Once your payment is validated, you can download your invoice. Enter your ID (e-mail) and password (sent in e-mail confirmation) to obtain this document.

What happens if I change my mind, on delivery of the item?

The consumer has a period of seven (7) days after delivery of the order to return of the product at their own expense. In this period, the customer has the possibility to ask for either an exchange of the product with an equivalent product, or the refund of the amount paid. How do I return a product? Before returning the Product the Customer must contact Packard Bell to obtain a return number and return instructions. Use one of the following two methods:

If Packard Bell receives a refund request within the 7-day retraction period that meets all the criteria stated in the terms & conditions, Packard Bell will refund the amount which was paid for the Product within 30 days of receipt of the returned Product.

4 - Payment

Can I pay on delivery?

No. Delivery is handled by our partner UPS.

Therefore the order will not be sent before the payment has been confirmed. However, various mean of payments are available. What are the accepted payment methods ?

Packard Bell accepts payment by credit card (Visa, American Express, EuroCard / MasterCard, Diners), PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.
In case of acceptance of your payment by credit card, your order will be sent immediately if the product is available. This is the best method of payment if you want your order to be delivered as soon as possible.
